Paige is a Muskegon Heights native who has worked for the Muskegon Heights Independent School District  as the Dean of Students for over twenty-five years.  He was elected to his second term as Mayor on November 8, 2011 and has served on City Council since November 7, 1990.  Paige holds a Bachelor's Degree from Grand Valley State University.  He is married to  Dr. Michelle Loyd-Paige and has three children.
